At Hawaiian Airlines, we are making a long-term investment in technology to enhance your travel experience. We recently upgraded our core reservations system to an efficient new solution that empowers our front-line employees to simplify complex tasks. This allows us to better assist guests with reservation needs and gives us more time to share aloha.

✅ | Request for miles earned on past flights | Online requests for earned miles are successfully being processed. If your miles are not posted following the completion of your flight, please contact the HawaiianMiles Service Center here. Select “HawaiianMiles” as the topic and “Earn HawaiianMiles on flights” for the subtopic. Be sure to complete all other fields before clicking submit. |
✅ | Miles accrual when voluntarily taking an alternate flight | Flight miles are now posting for HawaiianMiles members who chose to standby for an alternate flight. If your miles are not appearing, you may request credit for your flights here. |
✅ | Flight award redemptions | All members can now redeem miles for flights online. If you encounter an issue booking with miles, our HawaiianMiles Service Center agents are happy to assist you here. |
✅ | Saved payment methods | HawaiianMiles members can now add and edit saved payments online, making it easier to book your next flight. |
✅ | Saved travelers information | HawaiianMiles members can now add and edit your saved travelers online, which will allow you to be able to easily add them to a booking on our website and mobile app. |
✅ | Requesting a receipt | Receipts for booked and active itineraries are available online. To view a receipt, please sign in to your HawaiianMiles account and click ‘My Trips ’ in the left-hand navigation. For more information, click here. |
✅ | Cardmember companion discounts | Cardmembers with an existing annual $100 companion discount or one-time 50% off companion discount (new cardmembers only) should find their discount codes in their email inboxes. For more information on how to redeem these member discounts, please click here. |
Pualani Platinum First Class upgrades for Neighbor Island flights | We have identified that Pualani Platinum members who are traveling within Hawaii are not automatically upgraded when First Class seats are available. Instead, members are being placed on the upgrade list. Until the automation is fixed, please listen for announcements that the upgrade list has cleared before boarding with Zone 1. |
Frequently asked questions
- To make changes to existing tickets, please contact our Reservations Department. A new self-service tool for flight changes will soon be implemented on our website and mobile app.
- Our Fare Hold product is temporarily unavailable. We continue to offer refundable fare options, no change fees on Main Cabin and First/Business Class seats, and our 24-hour cancellation policy.
