We communicated this policy change on January 22, 2021 with an effective date starting January 22, 2021.
The decision to extend the expiration date for an additional 3 months was based on the changing travel environment and limited opportunities for members to use their unused certificates. This policy went into effect as of January 22, 2021 for plans that were purchased between June 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020. If your plan expired prior to this date, this policy is not applicable.
