The following terms and conditions apply to your use and participation of the Hawaiian Airlines Wedding Wings Program both as a Wedding Couple ("Registrant"), and as a guest invited by the registrant ("Guest"). By participating in the Wedding Wings Program, either as a Registrant or a Guest, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Eligibility:

  • Participation in the Wedding Wings Program is free.
  • You must be a HawaiianMiles member in order to register. Non-HawaiianMiles members will automatically be enrolled in the HawaiianMiles Program by registering for Wedding Wings. The HawaiianMiles Program is subject to the HawaiianMiles Terms & Conditions.
  • Eligible weddings or civil unions must have valid proof which will be determined in the sole discretion of Hawaiian Airlines and includes a wedding invitation, save-the-date card, or link to your personal wedding website.
  • The date you sign up for the Wedding Wings Program is your "Registration Date." Your wedding date must be at least 60 days after your Registration Date and within 11 months of your Registration Date in order to participate.
  • The Wedding Wings Program is currently only offered on the US website and in USD currency.

Discount Rules:

  • Discounts apply to Hawaiian Airlines operated flights between North American or International airports and the State of Hawaii including connecting flights to Neighbor Islands.
  • Discount code does not apply to flights originating and terminating within the State of Hawaii (i.e., inter-island routes).
  • Discount applies to round-trip flights only. One-way trips are not eligible.
  • To receive the discount, flights must be booked online directly on HawaiianAirlines.com.
  • Discount may not be combined with any other offer or discount.
  • Discount applies to a set travel period which is two (2) weeks before and two (2) weeks after the wedding date. Travel dates outside of the four (4) week travel window will not be eligible for the discount. Registrant code for the 10% discount may only be redeemed by Wedding Couple. Discount code is specifically for the purpose of travel to and from the destination wedding. Code is limited to two (2) passengers only.
  • Guest code for 5% discount may only be used by Guests for the purpose of attending the Registrant's destination wedding. Code is limited to two hundred (200) passengers, on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Discount codes must be used at the time of purchase, and may not be applied retroactively.
  • Use of the 5% discount code by a Guest signifies their agreement to share his/her party's reservation and travel itinerary information with the Wedding Couple.
  • The 5% and 10% discounts apply to the base airfare only, and is not applied toward any taxes, fees, or surcharges.

 

Award Rules:

  • Eligibility for award is based on the Registrant's successful registration to the Wedding Wings program.
  • Registrant must book a qualifying flight at least twenty-eight (28) days before the wedding date.
  • The following are the criteria for a qualified Registrant booking:
    • Registrant must use the 10% discount code online at the time of purchase, and purchase flights within the designated travel period. Retroactive credit for Registrant bookings is not permitted.
    • Tickets must be purchased. Mileage award tickets do not qualify.
    • Roundtrip reservations between North American/International cities and Hawaii cities on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights only. Reservations for travel wholly within the state of Hawaii (i.e., inter-island travel) do not qualify.
    • Tickets purchased by travel companies, online travel agencies or other ticketing channel outside of the Wedding Wings Program do not qualify.
  • The following are qualified Guest bookings that count toward award goal:
    • Guests must use the 5% discount code online at the time of purchase, and purchase flights within the designated travel period. Retroactive credit for Guest bookings is not permitted.
    • Tickets must be purchased. Mileage award tickets do not qualify.
    • Roundtrip reservations between North American/International cities and Hawaii cities on Hawaiian Airlines operated flights only. Reservations for travel wholly within the state of Hawaii (i.e., inter-island travel) do not qualify.
    • Tickets purchased by travel companies, online travel agencies or other ticketing channel outside of the Wedding Wings Program will not qualify toward award count.
    • At least twenty-five (25) eligible Guest bookings must be made at least fourteen (14) days prior to departure date.
  • Request to process first class upgrade must be initiated and communicated by the Registrant via email to weddings@hawaiianair.com no later than fourteen (14) business days prior to date of departure. We recommend contacting Hawaiian Airlines as soon as possible.
  • Upgrade incentive is only good for a one-way positive upgrade, regardless of number of Guest bookings. To clarify, fifty (50) Guest bookings does not double the award.
  • Your first flight segment will be upgraded by default. If there are no first class seats available on your first flight segment, we will try to upgrade the return segment. However, there are no guarantees as upgrades are based on space availability.
  • In the event that a Guest cancels or changes their reservations, resulting in bookings less than the qualifying award goal, Hawaiian Airlines reserves the right to cancel the award.
  • Infants and children under the age of 10 are not eligible for complimentary upgrades.

 

Terms of Use:

  • Registrant agrees not to use Guest itinerary information for illegal, malicious, or commercial purposes, or for any purposes other than wedding coordination.
  • Registrant will not send excessive email invitations to Guests through the Wedding Wings interface.
  • Registrant will not use the Wedding Wings Program for purposes other than what is intended by Hawaiian Airlines.
