Multiple forms from HawaiianMiles members or excess over 10,000 will not be rewarded. No exceptions. Individual HawaiianMiles members must sign and agree to the terms and conditions of the promotion. Individual HawaiianMiles members must be present to receive awarded miles, signature and ID will be required from each individual member. Maximum of 2 receipts per store. Receipt totals exclude tax and tip. Bill payments are not eligible. Miles void on returned purchases. Purchases of store/restaurant gift cards do not qualify for miles. However, customers may make a purchase with a store gift card and qualify for miles.
