Menus Showcase New Hawaii Talent
We’re proud to share the tastes of Hawaii onboard. Select Domestic First Class menus now showcase some of Hawaii’s most exciting star chefs, with the current menu created by Wade Ueoka of MW Restaurant. The Featured Chef roster also includes Andrew Le of The Pig & The Lady, and Piggy Smalls; Lee Ann Wong of Koko Head Café; Jon Matsubara of Bloomingdale’s Ala Moana Center; and Sheldon Simeon of Tin Roof Maui.
All recipes, dishes, and concepts will be overseen by our Executive Chef Chai Chaowasaree. Together, he and a roster of Hawaii chefs will share the diversity and breadth of Island cuisine as only we can do.
