Miles from Hawaiian Airlines Flights
Are you missing miles from a flight you just flew on Hawaiian Airlines? If you flew within the last three to five days, that’s how long it takes for miles to post to your account. If it’s been longer than that, but less than 120 days since you’ve traveled, please submit a request on our Retroactive Miles Form. Keep in mind that award or mileage flights won’t be eligible to earn miles.
If you forgot to add your account number to a reservation on a future Hawaiian Airlines flight, you can add your HawaiianMiles number to your reservation:
- Online, OR
- Contact the travel agency you made the reservation with.
Only the guests traveling on the reservation is eligible to earn miles for travel.
