Oh no! Did you forget something on the plane? Don’t worry.

Even though we can’t allow you back on board once you’ve disembarked, all you have to do is let a Hawaiian Airlines representative know where you were sitting and what you left behind, and he or she can retrieve your things for you.

Sometimes you don’t realize something’s missing until later. Hawaiian Airlines can’t take responsibility for items that may have been forgotten. But if we do find something, we’ll turn it in to our Central Baggage Service at the airport, so please check with our personnel there.  

Items left at the ticket counter or gate areas fall under the jurisdiction of TSA. Please contact the airport directly.
