Member is allowed two (2) guests, and they must be traveling on the same flight. Member must present Premier Club membership card to TSA. First class check-in line is available in Hawaii airports (HNL/ITO/KOA/OGG/LIH). Express security line is available at select airport locations. Hawaiian Airlines Lounges are available in Honolulu, Hilo, Kona, Kahului, Lihue, and Los Angeles (HNL/ITO/KOA/OGG/LIH/LAX).

 

Two ways to Premier Club Status

Whether you’re new to the Premier Club or renewing your status, choose between purchasing a membership or redeeming your HawaiianMiles.

**New Premier Club memberships are available to any HawaiianMiles member who is not currently a Premier Club member or a Pualani Gold or Platinum member. If you are not a HawaiianMiles member, you may enroll online. Once logged into your personal portal you may purchase a new Premier Club membership. New memberships begin the same month you enroll and expire 12 months from the end of the month enrolled. For example, if you enroll on 01/25/2014 your membership will expire on 01/31/2015.

***Renewing Premier Club memberships are available to current Premier Club members who wish to renew their membership before it expires. Members who renew after their membership has expired must purchase a new Premier Club membership for $299.00 or 40,000 HawaiianMiles. Renewed Premier Club memberships begin at the end of the last month of the current membership and expire 12 months later. For example, if your current membership expires on 03/31/2014 and you renew your membership on 02/05/2014, then your new membership will expire on 03/31/2015.

All HawaiianMiles members are welcomed to join our Premier Club. Memberships are valid for 12 months and begin the same month you enroll.  

If you are an existing Premier Club Member, you may renew your annual membership at a special rate before it expires. 

When you enroll or renew you will be mailed a new Premier Club kit that will include your membership card and luggage tags.    Your membership card is not required to receive your Premier Club membership benefits except for the Express Security Lines and “Unlimited TV & More Pack” on our A330 North American flights.

Terms & Conditions

Lost, stolen or damaged Premier Club membership cards may be replaced for a fee. Members requiring a name change may purchase a replacement card and/or tag for a fee and are subject to the Terms and Conditions of the HawaiianMiles program. Hawaiian Airlines is not responsible for any correspondence lost or damaged in the mail.

Where can members purchase a new Premier Club Annual Membership?
Do you have to be a HawaiianMiles member to purchase a Premier Club membership?
Yes, if you are not a HawaiianMiles member, you will not be able to purchase the membership during the check-in process.  You may sign up for the HawaiianMiles program either online or by calling our reservations department.  A HawaiianMiles account number will be generated for you immediately.

If I purchase Premier Club Annual Membership at check-in, will I be eligible for the travel benefits that same day?

Yes, you can immediately take advantage of your 2 free baggage allowance and all other current Premier Club benefits.  The Premier Club membership status will be printed on your boarding pass, which you can use as proof of membership (to access the priority security line, Premier Club and the in-flight entertainment Unlimited TV and More pack) till your new Premier Club kit arrives.

Is the Premier Club fee refundable?

Premier Club memberships are generally non-refundable as stated in our terms and conditions. However, if a member purchases a Premier Club membership in error, refund exceptions will be considered on a case by case basis.  Members may visit an airport customer service agent to request the refund.  

If I am traveling roundtrip on the same day and purchase the Premier Club, will I receive the benefits for the roundtrip?

The Premier Club status will only print on your first segment.  For your return flight, you will need to check-in with an agent and present your receipt to show proof of payment.  The agent will extend the baggage waiver and the gate agent will honor your priority boarding on the flight.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your Premier Club status to be updated in our reservations database.  A Premier Club Welcome Kit will be generated and delivered within 3 weeks.  Included in the kit are your personalized Premier Club card and 2 baggage tags.

I tried to purchase a Premier Club membership during check-in at the kiosk and it pulled up my HawaiianMiles information.  I confirmed the information was not current.  Why can’t I update my personal information at this time and then continue to purchase the Premier Club membership? 

To expedite your check-in experience, updates to your HawaiianMiles account are not allowed at this time.  We encourage all members to log in to their HawaiianMiles account online at HawaiianAirlines.com or call our HawaiianMiles Service Center. 


Why do you need my current mailing address? 

When you purchase a Premier Club membership, we generate a Premier Club Kit which includes a Welcome Letter, a Premier Club Card, and 2 personalized luggage tags.  This kit will be mailed to the address we have on your HawaiianMiles account.  If your information is not current, it is possible your kit will be delayed or you may not receive it.
