You are prohibited from smoking (including the use of electronic simulated smoking materials and smokeless cigarettes) on any flights operated by Hawaiian.
Federal law also prohibits smoking in any airplane lavatory and tampering with, disabling, or destroying any smoke detector installed in any airplane lavatory. Federal law provides for a penalty of up to $2,000 for tampering with the smoke detector installed in any aircraft lavatory. You are also subject to FAA enforcement action and substantial monetary penalties for violation of this law and the related regulations.
By your purchasing a Ticket or accepting transportation on Hawaiian, you agree to comply with our no-smoking policy and applicable federal law. We reserve the right to seek reimbursement, and you agree to reimburse us, for any loss, damage or expense we may incur because of your failure to abide by this Rule 14.
